Our Projects
      AAKHAR PROJECT
Under our AAKHAR project, we are focusing on the education of such children who are not able to go to school due to poverty or any other reason, and even if they go, they are not able to go regularly. Our goal is to connect such children with basic education, moral education, and awareness programs. Members of Seva Dal are going from village to village and providing quality education to such children.India has one of the countries with the highest percentage of school dropouts, especially among girls. Uttar Pradesh and Bihar also have very high dropout rates, with about 14 percent of students dropping out of primary school and 31 percent of students dropping out of secondary school. High dropout rates are a concern, as they significantly impact students' prospects. Dropout rates are often linked to socio-economic factors, poverty, and lack of access to quality education.Keeping all these aspects in mind, under our AAKHAR project we are specially encouraging dropout children to study and focusing on to give them quality education.
      MAATRISHAKTI PROJECT
Even after four years of Poshan Abhiyaan run by the Government of India, about 189.2 million people in India are malnourished, most of whom are women and children. In India, iron deficiency is found in almost every third pregnant woman. Under our MATRISHAKTI project, we conduct free health checkup of pregnant women in the village by a trained doctor/nurse once a month and also provide them nutritious food items. We also organize awareness programs on food, diet, lifestyle and health of pregnant women for safe pregnancy and motherhood during their pregnancy.
      SAKSAM PROJECT
Our project, Saksham , aims to connect educated unemployed youth and women from rural and urban areas with social welfare work. We provide them work related to any of our projects as per their eligibility where they are given Rs. 250 for working a maximum of 3 hours. Our aim is to provide part time employment and work experience to educated youth who are yet to find a full time employment. Any youth above 18 years of age who is at least a graduate can join our organization and contribute to the society. Under Saksham project, we also work to make the youth self-reliant by providing them skill development trainings like beautician course, computer education, art & craft, short hand typing, tailoring, embroidery etc.
